Privacy Policy
Alinea is documentation software for mental-health practices. This policy explains how we handle the account information we receive when you sign in.
What we receive when you sign in
Alinea uses Google and Microsoft to sign you in. When you do, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from that provider.
We do not receive your password, and we do not request access to your email, calendar, contacts, files, or any other data held by those providers.
How we use it
Only to run Alinea: to sign you in, keep you signed in, identify you to the other members of your clinic, and contact you about your account.
We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train AI models.
How we store and share it
It is held in our hosted database, encrypted in transit and at rest. We share it only with the service providers that host and run Alinea, and only so they can provide the service to us. We may also disclose it where required by law.
Keeping or deleting it
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and its information at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
